Win a Car – Terms and Conditions

will be giving away one Suzuki Swift to one lucky winner during the HONCHOS Win a Car competition. See below for details:

1. The competition opens on 1^st July 2022 and closes on 25^th September 2022.
2. You must complete all the required steps to enter:
   • Visit a Honchos near you
   • Buy the #Flava meal
   • Keep your till slip and WhatsApp Honchos on + 27 76 786 7786 for more information on how to enter.
   • A unique code will be sent to you after you complete your entry.
   • Write that code on a piece of paper and stick it onto your chest when you record your video.
   • Record a video of yourself telling us why you have the #HonchosFlava. Your video must not be more than 60 seconds. Be creative and make your video stand out.
   • Post your video on your Facebook Wall and Tag Us @HonchosSouthAfrica
   • The videos with the highest views will stand a chance to win the car at our grand finale event in October 2022.
3. In the event of a winner being disqualified in terms of these rules, a replacement winner will be drawn.
4. The competition is open to all South African, Botswana, Eswatini and Lesotho Citizens who are 18 years of age or over, except for the members, shareholders, directors, employees, partners, agents and consultants (and their respective life partners, business partners and immediate families) of: The HONCHOS Group as well as all suppliers, advertising agencies and assigns of the HONCHOS Group.
5. The grand draw participants will be contacted telephonically once the competition has been audited and the grand draw participants are confirmed.
6. Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged for cash or for any other goods or services.
7. The grand draw participants must be present at the grand draw in order to be verified.
8. Any prizes not claimed and collected within 30 days of the pre-arranged handover date will be forfeited at HONCHOS discretion.
9. The winner must allow HONCHOS a reasonable period of time to arrange for the car to be registered, licensed in their respective names and delivered.
10. The winner must provide HONCHOS  with all relevant and valid information and original documentation required for this purpose, including a valid identity document, together with a valid driver’s licence, valid in the respective country of the winner and a valid proof of residence. Should this not be provided upon request, this will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the motor vehicle.
11. The name of the car winner will be published on the HONCHOS official website (www.honchos.co.za) and on social media, once the winners have been validated and verified. The winners’ names will also be featured in national press advertisements after the competition has ended.
12. By accepting the prize, the winners of the HONCHOS Win a Car competition agree that HONCHOS may use their names and pictures for any future marketing material by the HONCHOS Group in print and digital media freely and voluntarily, without the need for recompense.
13. The winner must agree to drive the vehicle for a period of 6 months with the branding intact. Ownership will be transferred only once the 6 month period is complete. The decisions of HONCHOS and its judges are final and may not be challenged. No correspondence will be entertained.
14. Vehicle visuals may show specifications and options not available in South Africa.
15. A copy of these competition rules is available at all HONCHOS stores on selected in-store advertising material and may also be viewed at https://www.honchos.co.za.
16. The Honchos Group reserve the right to amend the above rules should a reasonable amendment be warranted.
